Preview before you pay

You watch the full montage preview free and only pay when you're happy with it. That design means most refund situations never arise — you know exactly what you're buying.

When we refund

  • The final rendered video is materially different from the preview you approved.
  • A technical fault on our side means you can't download or share the unlocked video, and we can't fix it promptly.
  • You were charged more than once for the same video.

How to request one

Email hello@groupcheer.com within 14 days of payment with your event link. We aim to resolve refund requests within five working days, refunded to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
