From "we should do something" to one brilliant video
GroupCheer collects short video messages from a group by link — no apps or accounts — and turns them into one polished montage video.
Invite everyone by link
Add names, set a deadline, and share one link. We nudge anyone who hasn’t recorded as the deadline approaches — you don’t have to chase.
Everyone records a short clip
Contributors tap the link and record on their phone. No app to install, no account to create — we even prompt them with what to say.
We turn it into one video
GroupCheer checks every clip, trims the fumbles, and renders a polished montage. Preview it free — pay only when you love it.
What "no accounts" really means
The biggest reason group videos fall apart is friction: someone's asked to install an app, create a password, or upload a file to a shared drive, and a third of the group quietly gives up. With GroupCheer, contributors open your link on whatever device they're holding and record in the browser. The oldest relative and the busiest executive complete it the same way — in about two minutes.
Clips are checked so the video isn't a gamble
Every submission is quality-checked the moment it arrives: orientation, audio, length, resolution, lighting. If something's wrong, the contributor is told immediately and asked to retake — not you, the night before the deadline. By the time you preview the montage, every clip in it is usable.
Preview first, pay when you're happy
When the deadline passes (or everyone's in early), GroupCheer renders the montage. You watch a preview free, reorder or drop clips, and only pay the flat £49 when you're happy with the result. Then download it, share a private link, and play it at the moment itself.
Frequently asked questions
- What do contributors actually see?
- A simple page with a short prompt — who the video is for and roughly what to say. They tap record, review their clip, retake if they like, and submit. Two minutes, start to finish.
- What happens if a clip is unusable?
- GroupCheer checks every clip as it arrives — sideways video, missing audio, too short — and tells the contributor how to fix it on the spot, before it ever reaches you.
- How do reminders work?
- You set the deadline; GroupCheer nudges anyone who hasn’t submitted as it approaches. You never have to send a chasing message yourself.
- Can I choose the order of clips?
- Yes. Preview the montage, reorder clips, and drop any you don’t want before unlocking the final video.
- How do I share the finished video?
- Once unlocked you can download the video or share a private link. Play it at the do, drop it in the group chat, or send it straight to the guest of honour.
- Is my group’s footage private?
- Yes. Invite links are private tokens, clips are only visible to you as the organiser, and the final video is shared only with the people you choose.
